We were given an awesome room on a high level and shortly after we got to our room, a concierge arrived with a bottle of champagne and a chocolate eiffel tower as a congratulatory gift. Our 430-room hotel is on Paris' left bank, close to the Eiffel Tower. The attention was first level, very friendly and cordial. I am more than grateful to such kindly help, because I could get my ID and credit cards back, much appreciate it!!! The issue has just been fixed by our team today.
